Did you know?

Did you know that the Government of Alberta has implemented mandatory literacy and numeracy screening for all kindergarten students? The first screening happens in September, less than a month into your child’s kindergarten year.

Our curriculum is designed to help prepare your child for their transition to kindergarten. Each of our classes will learn letter sounds and numeracy in a fun, learn-through-play based environment. Over the course of our two-year program, children will learn socialization skills, independence, and problem-solving. Curious what else our program covers? Take a look!

Socialization:

    • Sharing
    • Building friendships with peers
    • Labelling feelings
    • Self-regulation

    • Being able to identify own backpack and retrieve items
    • Self-toileting
